Great news!!! There is a new feature that has been added to JosephWhitley.com for your benefit.

At the top of this page, you will find a link titled “Client Log-in”. You will need to click the sign up link on the next page to take advantage of this feature.

Once you have signed up (Signing up asks for basic information, i.e. name, email and a password.  Home address is optional.), you will be able to create a new search under the “Email Updates” tab.

This will allow you to search specific criteria in your neighborhood or a neighborhood you are interested in.  Once a property comes on the market, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.  Emails are sent out between 12am and 6am each morning.

With this information, it allows to keep up with your market and how your current home compares; also, you can keep up with the pricing in your dream neighborhood, and you can stay one step ahead of other buyers.
